Next week, the main yachting event in the Eastern Mediterranean – Limassol Boat Show 2023 – will start in Cyprus. The exhibition will take place from May 18th to May 21st at Limassol Marina and will mark the beginning of the yachting season in the region.
Come to the Chris-Craft by West Nautical Cyprus booth located in Area D and register for a test drive of the newest bowrider, the Chris-Craft Launch 28 GT. In addition, we will be showcasing the 2014 Princess 56, which is not currently on the market and is an ideal option for those seeking a luxurious flybridge yacht that is under 20 meters in length, as the season begins.
What makes this exhibition interesting?
First of all, its cozy atmosphere. There is no usual hustle and bustle of major European boat shows, but there is an interesting line-up consisting of both new models from leading global shipyards and interesting off-market brokerage offerings. The exhibition can also boast representatives of the highest league – superyachts will be presented at the exhibition and available for viewing in Area D, next to the West Nautical stand BW 40..
The second reason to visit the exhibition in Limassol may be Cyprus itself, which is rightfully proud of its beaches, many of which occupy top positions in global ratings. For example, the picturesque beach in the small village of Pissouri, which amazes with its natural and slightly wild beauty. Life here flows slowly and leisurely, and the May sun is not yet ready to set temperature records of heat. This is a great opportunity to spend a wonderful weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Cyprus is also a great place for golf enthusiasts. At least two golf clubs deserve special attention: Secret Valley Golf Resort and Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort – magnificent world-class golf courses that will definitely not leave both beginners and advanced golfers indifferent. Both golf clubs are located near Limassol in the Paphos area, where, according to Greek myths, the beautiful Aphrodite was born from sea foam.
If you want to stay in Cyprus for a longer period of time, we recommend visiting the Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort complex, located in the eastern part of the island, in the Akamas Reserve area. Here you can immerse yourself in the divine beauty of the Eastern Mediterranean, see the world through the eyes of ancient heroes of Antiquity, and if you’re lucky, meet a rare species of Mediterranean monk seals on the local beach.
In any case, visiting the exhibition in Limassol will be a pleasant adventure for you, where you can not only choose a yacht for the season but also have a great time in one of the most peaceful and underestimated places on the planet..
We are excited to meet you at Booth 44 in Area D!
